The WTPO Awards have been honoring Trade Promotion Organizations (TPOs) for outstanding initiatives that strengthen the international competitiveness of exporting SMEs in their respective countries since 2004.
Switzerland Global Enterprise received an Award of Recognition in the «Information Technology and Climate Solutions» category at a ceremony in Paris on the evening of 25 October. Comprised of experienced representatives from international trade promotion organizations, the jury focussed on digital innovations that improve a TPO's productivity, efficiency, marketing and performance.

Swiss exporters who are entered in the digital database benefit from tailored information and contacts for potential customers all over the world – and we can draw attention abroad to the excellent cleantech we have to offer in Switzerland,” comments Daniel Küng, CEO of Switzerland Global Enterprise.
Switzerland Global Enterprise operates the Cleantech CUBE database on behalf of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), the Swiss Federal Office for Energy (BFE) and the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (BAFU).
