On 2 and 3 February 2023, Glug23 will be bringing together experts and producers from the beer and beverage industry at the old riding hall in Aarau. According to a press release, the trade fair will offer suppliers from all areas a chance to present, be they in beer, wine, spirits, juice or mineral water.

More than 85 exhibitors from Switzerland and abroad have registered. The high level of bookings underlines the strong profile of the industry event among professionals. The organizers promise a varied and efficient two-day network event for in-person exchanges.

It was reportedly important to them that the entire value chain of drinks production is included. The exhibitors range from small operators to big companies. A mobile filling service will also inform on innovations from notable Swiss producers such as Bucher UnipektinResilux and Bühler. Among the other attendees are companies from Austria, Belgium, England, France and Germany.

The trade fair includes a lecture program that puts the spotlight on future topics ranging from sugar reduction and reusability to Swiss raw materials. The event is backed by Swiss Food Research, the economic promotion agency of the canton of Aargau and Foodaktuell.

The organizers state in the press release that visitor tickets for Glug23 have already sold out.
