Support services for Swiss companies online
The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) supports Switzerland as a business location with a wide range of support and funding offers for companies and other organizations. Until now, users of these services have faced the challenge of quickly finding the right solution for their needs. For this reason, the Promotion Activities Directorate decided to make its funding instruments even more accessible to all target groups via the internet. To this end, it has developed an interactive advisory tool that leads interested parties and applicants to the relevant offer in just 3–5 clicks. The new advisory tool is called the “Location promotion guide” and serves as a digital guide that supplements the existing sections of the SECO website and directs users to the website of the relevant offer. The current range comprises 16 funding instruments with around 50 different offers. The primary target groups are entrepreneurs, authorities at all federal levels and individuals.
