As of now, University Hospital Zurich (USZ) is using Robo-Inkasso from tilbago, a cloud-based software solution for processing debt collection and managing loss certificates. USZ has now replaced its previous SAP-based debt collection solution with the automatic debt collection service developed by tilbago, further details of which can be found in a press release. The solution allows operating costs to be reduced, processes to be streamlined and existing outstanding debts to be collected more rapidly.
“By using Robo-Inkasso, we are supported across all process steps, including electronic communication with the authorities”, explains Doris Röscher, who heads up the accounts receivable department at USZ, in the press release. “We were particularly impressed by the integrated address checking and permanent debtor monitoring functionalities. With the solution, our overall effort is reduced, which in turn cuts total costs on both the technical and IT side, all the while we are in a position to offer a greater scope of services”, she concludes.
According to the information available, case data will continue to be seamlessly exchanged with SAP accounts receivable. To this end, USZ relies on the Plug & Play SAP Connector from the SAP platinum partner All for One Switzerland. According to tilbago CEO David Fuss, USZ’s decision in favor of deploying the tilbago solution is yet more proof that Robo-Inkasso is the debt collection solution for Switzerland that offers “a guaranteed lowest total cost of ownership, the highest standard of expansion and the greatest possible customer benefit”.
