The Mack family, a renowned name in the business world, has opened a new office in Lucerne, further details of which can be found in a LinkedIn post. Known as the operator of the Europa-Park in Rust, Baden-Württemberg, Mack One is keen to strengthen its presence in Lucerne with its new office, which overlooks Lake Lucerne, and establish a strategic hub in Switzerland, as the company writes on LinkedIn. Europa-Park is the third largest theme park in Europe and is particularly popular in Switzerland. In fact, Switzerland accounts for around a quarter of the visitors to Europa-Park.

The Mack family develops and builds rollercoasters and other rides. According to the company itself, Mack One has evolved from an in-house agency responsible for Europa-Park to an organization that consults on and designs other theme parks. The company’s portfolio also includes hotels, cinemas, concert halls and event management facilities.

With the new location in Lucerne, Mack One is also seeking to strengthen its cultural commitment to Switzerland. Mack is keen to promote a series of cultural projects in the region, including both art exhibitions and music festivals, through various collaborations and sponsorships. According to the company, this funding is intended to preserve the sense of community, values and traditions of Swiss society.
