SoftwareOne, the IT company based in Stans in the canton of Nidwalden, has acquired Novis Euforia. The Spanish specialist for SAP and cloud solutions focuses on SAP S/4HANA conversions and will bring valuable expertise to this partnership, further details of which can be found in a press release. The company’s approach offers clients a high degree of automation, simplifying and reorganizing the infrastructure at platform, operation, application and data level in the process.
As a partner of SNP, a provider of software for the management of complex digital transformation processes, Novis Euforia won the SNP Partner of the Year award in Spain in 2022. Following the acquisition, the 35 experts and leadership team from Novis Euforia will be integrated into the SAP division at SoftwareOne. To date, the Spanish firm has offered its services and managed projects in 30 countries.
