According to the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA), the planned potential for offshore wind power installation in the Brazil is of 700 GW, and approximately 500GW onshore. With the possibility to convert this green energy source in green hydrogen,the wind power industry in the country is expected to enable the production of green hydrogen in the Brazilian coast, aiming its export to the European and American markets.
