S-GE strengthens its regional presence in Southeast Asia and the Pacific

As of January 1, 2024, Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) has integrated its Singapore and Jakarta locations into the new Swiss Business Hub Southeast Asia + Pacific. This sees S-GE strengthen its regional presence and consulting expertise in the Southeast Asia & Pacific region.

S-GE relies on a global consulting approach in both export and investment promotion and has teams located in the markets relevant to its customers.

Against this backdrop, S-GE is strengthening its regional presence in Southeast Asia and the Pacific region: in agreement with SECO and the FDFA, S-GE has integrated its two pre-existing ASEAN and Indonesia Swiss Business Hubs into the new regional Swiss Business Hub Southeast Asia + Pacific (SBH SEA + Pacific) as of January 1, 2024. The head office is located in Jakarta, with other offices in Singapore, Vietnam (Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh) and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur).

Roger Zbinden, former Head of SBH Indonesia, has been appointed Head of SBH SEA + Pacific, while Renee Koh, former Head of SBH ASEAN, is responsible for export promotion as Deputy Head of the Hub.

S-GE is convinced that this strengthened presence in the important Southeast Asia & Pacific region will enable it to guarantee its customers optimum support and thus enhance the value it adds.

The external network of Swiss Business Hubs forms a central pillar of Switzerland Global Enterprise, or, in other words, Swiss export and investment promotion. The Swiss Business Hubs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) and are thus regarded as a joint success story for S-GE, the FDFA and SECO.
